Outpatient Treatment

We offer structured outpatient programs to support recovery at every stage. Our services focus on building practical skills, managing triggers, and fostering peer connection.

Our treatment model includes:

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
A highly structured program with 4-5 groups per week addressing substance use and mental health.

Outpatient
Continued support with 1-3 sessions per week.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
For clients with opioid use disorder, we provide access to MAT using suboxone or vivitrol, combined with outpatient treatment.

Aftercare
Ongoing outpatient groups to support continued recovery.

In-person and telehealth options are available with flexible scheduling.

Veterans Services

We are honored to support veterans with compassionate outpatient treatment designed to meet their unique needs. Our collaboration with Shelby County Veterans Court provides participants with enhanced services including recovery supportive housing, transportation, individualized psychiatric services, art and music therapy, nutrition education, life skills and financial classes, and equine activities.

This program is made possible in part by funding from the Bob Woodruff Foundation, which is dedicated to ensuring that our nation's veterans, service members, and their families - those who stood for us - have stable and successful futures.
